Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf (Wisconsin Dells) is committed to ensuring the safety of our employees and customers because we want everyone to feel safe when they are at our mini-golf facility.
Crowd control devices will be used to make entrance and exit lanes to our ticket booths, starting from the parking lots. Tape will be used to make X’s (at least 6 feet apart) on all walkways.
At any given time, only one family golfing group of 5 or less will be allowed at the ticket window. Plastic protection barriers will be installed on all of our ticket windows.
One staff member will process the sales transaction. Credit card transactions will be strongly encouraged; employees will not handle the customers’ card. Credit card terminals will be cleaned every half hour or as necessary.
One staff member will distribute the golf balls and putters. All equipment will be sanitized before and after each use. Putters will be sprayed with disinfectant and distributed individually to guests. Golf balls will be placed in a bucket filled with disinfectant solution, then dispensed individually to the customers.
In order to maintain social distancing, golfing groups will be spread out among our courses by having a parking attendant direct them to either our lower or upper parking lot dependent on the overall course flow. The stairway between the lower and upper courses will be limited to our staff. Additionally, no seating will be available around the ticket booths.
Countertops, door handles, restrooms (toilet seat covers will be available), other high touch surfaces and common areas will be cleaned and sanitized on an hourly rotation.
Hand sanitizer will be available to our customers at the ticket booths and at the starting point, mid-way point and finishing point of each course.
All employees that are working with family groups playing mini-golf shall use the supplied face masks, gloves & hand sanitizer. They will wash their hands at least once every half hour throughout their shift. Sick employees will not be allowed to work; instead, they will notify their supervisor and stay home.
No physical contact between employees, or with customers. Proper social distancing will be maintained.
All staff members are part of the cleaning crew! Each person is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout our mini-golf facility.
As a reminder to our customers, please don’t visit our mini-golf facility if you are sick or were recently exposed to COVID-19. We will gladly welcome you when you feel better. Thank you for your consideration.
